NIL refers to the rights of college athletes to monetize and profit from their personal brand, which consists of their Name, Image and Likeness (NIL). With recently passed bylaws by the NCAA as well as state legislation, student athletes are now allowed to use their individual name, image and likeness to earn money. Your contribution will directly benefit NC State student-athletes in three specific ways:
